Cooking-Method
1. Wash chicken drumsticks and drain off;
2. Make a few cuts on the chicken drumsticks with a knife;
3. Add oyster sauce;
4. Put chicken drumsticks in a plastic bag and rub them evenly;
5. Add a right amount of salt in the egg and stir it;
6. Dip the marinated chicken drumsticks in the egg liquid;
7. Coat a layer of flour and then a layer of breadcrumbs;
8. Fry in a preheated air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C, turn over, add some chilli powder and fry for another 5-10 minutes.
Tips:
If there are many chicken drumsticks, turn over again, and fry for another 5 minutes; It's best to refrigerate the chicken drumsticks overnight in the refrigerator.
