Pan-Fried Steak

Materials


600g fresh beef (sirloin or tenderloin), a little black pepper, a few garlic slices, a little olive oil, a little sea salt.

Cooking Method


1. Raw beef slice is generally as thick as a finger, not too thick;


2. Add black peppercorns and garlic slices, brush with olive oil and marinate for 30 minutes;


3. Put it in the fryer for 10-20 minutes at 200°C. The tenderness depends on your preference;


4. After turning off heating, spread some sea salt (coarse salt or spiced salt).


Tips:

The grill can be lined with a tinfoil or cooking paper. When half of the time passes, it is necessary to turn the  steak over. You can master the method when roasting for several times.
