How to knead the dough with an electric eggbeater?

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add all the ingredients, and separate the salt, sugar, and yeast.

2. Add water to the flour and then add milk to make it liquid in the middle.

3. Stir in the flour with chopsticks to incorporate the flour into the water until the flour in the bowl forms a dough.

4. At this point, you can start using the electric eggbeater to knead the dough. Hold the bowl with one hand and press the egg beater with the other hand to start kneading. Start with medium speed and switch to high speed, depending on the kneading feeling.

5. After two to three minutes, you can add butter. Note that the butter must be softened at room temperature in advance. After adding the butter, you can use a dough scraper to rub the dough against the butter until the butter is completely absorbed and the dough becomes smooth and delicate, without pulling apart with the direction of the two dough scrapers. Basically, it's done kneading.
