Portuguese Egg Tart

5 pieces of frozen pastry, 60g whipping cream, 60g milk, 1 egg, 25g sugar.

Cooking Method


1. Unfreeze pastry, and then roll up one by one;


2. Cut about 1 cm thick;


3. Roll out the pastry before placing it in the mold;


4. Mix the stung materials well and strain twice before pouring into the mold;


5. Set the fryer to 10-15 minutes at 180°C.


Tips:
